How to Properly Care for Your Geckoeco Products

All Geckoeco products are made of soft, breathable organic cotton and certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).
This certification ensures that every step of the production process, from cultivation to dyeing, adheres to the strictest international standards for organic textiles.
Combined with added elastane, our products guarantee maximum comfort for your baby.
With that said, it's important to remember that proper care, as per the instructions below, will not only extend the product's life but also help prevent damage. By following these guidelines, you'll go a long way toward preserving the quality of your Geckoeco products.
Maintaining and Washing Geckoeco Products:
- Usage: Functional baby clothing intended for indoor use only.
- Washing: Turn garments inside out and wash at 30°C using eco-friendly detergents, preferably a washing gel.
- Ironing: Iron at low temperatures and only in areas without the anti-slip print.
- Drying: Don't tumble dry. This can damage the anti-slip print and reduce the fabric's softness and breathability.
- Bleach: Avoid bleach or other harsh chemicals.
- Chemical Cleaning: Geckoeco products should not be dry-cleaned.
- Fabric Softener: Did you know that fabric softeners reduce the elasticity of elastane fibres? So, avoid using fabric softener to keep your Geckeco products in the best possible shape.
